As Ordnance Survey is the mapping agency for just Great Britain, the lack of full UK coverage means many public sector and commercial organisations find GB-only products and services geographically insufficient. viaEuropa combines premium data assets from authoritative sources to form the definitive map service with full UK coverage. We combine the most detailed data for Great Britain (OS MasterMap Topo) and Northern Ireland (OSNI Fusion) to create a seamless large-scale base map, with a consistent look and feel. We support a broad range of vector and raster map data products, as well as aerial photography.
For public sector organisations with a pan-UK remit, we can extend the geography of centralised contracts, including the Public Sector Geospatial Agreement (PSGA) and Aerial Photography Great Britain (APGB) agreement, by augmenting premium content for Northern Ireland. As an authorised partner of both Ordnance Survey and Ordnance Survey Northern Ireland, we can also help arrange data licensing, where required.
