Network Insight Pro is a service offering interactive coverage maps of the world for seamless display on your web site. It is the next generation of Network Insight, which was COMMENDED in the prestigious GSM Awards under the category "Best roaming product or service". The service provides cost savings to operators by promoting Channel Shift - allowing subscribers to check roaming coverage from your own web site, rather than make a call to customer service. Importantly, this service helps set customer expectations for coverage at their planned destination.

Featuring comprehensive and up-to-date political maps, Network Insight Pro provides valuable, high quality and virtually maintenance-free content for any mobile telecoms web site. It is ideal for network operators, MVNOs, roaming hubs, SIM roaming providers and phone rental companies. The service supports a wide range of mobile telecommunication technologies. As standard, maps are customised to colours compliant with corporate branding and may include logo placement. The service is fully interactive, allowing the user to explore the map freely, or go straight to an area of interest using the comprehensive search function.

Network Insight Pro is easy to integrate into your own web site. The service can be implemented using a pop-up window showing a coverage map, or seamlessly embedded in your own pages using an <iframe>. Once integrated, the service operates virtually maintenance-free with regular coverage map updates handled automatically. When using the service to display international roaming coverage, new partners can simply be added to the service using a unique code allocated to each network coverage.

The Base Maps used in the service are from Europa Technologies' own global data product range and provide essential context. This includes support for a variety of languages including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch, Japanese, Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Russian and Hebrew. The application interface can be localised, even for clients in countries where multiple official languages exist.

As a cost option, Google Maps can be integrated into Network Insight Pro. This gives the end user the benefit of familiar, rich, content combined with comprehensive coverage information.

Network Insight Pro is provided on a rolling annual basis and is subject to a service agreement.

Roaming Coverage

When used for international roaming coverage, Network Insight Pro has access to over 1350 well-maintained coverage patterns for 2G, 3G and 4G technologies, including GSM (inc. GPRS/EDGE), W-CDMA/UMTS (inc. HSPA/HSPA+), LTE, CDMA (1X, EV-DO, EV-DO Rev. A & B), iDEN and WiMAX. Sourced from mobile operators and partners (including American Roamer), this collection represents the most extensive catalogue of mobile coverage available. The service allows more than one coverage pattern to be shown at once in different colours. For example, 2G, 3G and 4G coverage can be shown at the same time, but still clearly distinguishable by colour. Furthermore, a cost option is available to display the total coverage provided by all roaming partners in a country. This view gives subscribers a convenient single view to see the total coverage they will benefit from while roaming. Preferred roaming partners can even be shown in a different colour.

Domestic Coverage

Network Insight Pro can be used to form a comprehensive domestic coverage solution, showing multiple technologies and service levels as layers which may be independently styled and controlled. Additionally, Europa Technologies is able to provide coverage map updates at a frequency that suits your network rollout or expansion plans.

Internal Coverage Tools

Network Insight Pro can be customised into a powerful coverage tool for internal use. Further information, such as signal strength, retail store locations or more sensitive information, can also be included. Bespoke tools can be integrated for applications in network management and customer care. Such tools empower network operators to better serve their customers.
